Placing an Order

The process 

If you would like to purchase an item from the Warp & Weft Online Store then add the item or items to your shopping basket and proceed to purchase, follow the simple steps outlined and provide the payment and shipping information required. You must ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete and you are able to accept delivery of the products.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. We will confirm the order once we dispatch the goods.

Although we make every effort to ensure items online are in stock, from time to time an item purchased online may have recently been sold in store, in which case we will contact you and offer you the option to cancel the order or if the item can be remade or re-ordered then the purchase could remain in place as an 'Advanced Order' See details below.

We would like to draw your attention to our policies relating to our "Terms and conditions of sale" and our "Privacy Policy". If you are under 16 you must let your parent or guardian know about Warp & Weft's privacy policy before you use this site.

Items not Online 

Warp and Weft, carry a wide range of styles and options in both homeware and clothing so If you are unable to find the item you are looking for online, we may have what you are looking for in-store. So please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Stock Availability and Advanced Purchase.

Warp & Weft Online offers products for sale that are in stock and available for immediate dispatch from our store.

Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for stock deliveries or we have the option to re-order or remake an item previously online, consequently, you may be offered the possibility of making an advanced payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an 'advanced purchase'. Warp & Weft will only take advanced purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery or we have confirmed we can produce in-house. Your rights regarding advanced purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at Warp & Weft Online.

You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date upon receipt of your order.

Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected advanced payment merchandise due to production problems or quality control issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances, we will notify you by email and refund your advanced payment to your credit/debit card within 30 days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
